The EUREA Group inaugurated its new garden center in Saint-Michel-sur-Orge on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This store is now both the largest Gamm vert outlet within the cooperative group and the biggest in the Paris region.
Already operating around sixty Gamm vert stores in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, EUREA is continuing its expansion with this strategic move into Île-de-France.
Previously operating under the Côté Nature brand, the garden center—acquired by EUREA last November—has undergone a complete renovation. Flooring, lighting, irrigation systems, and outdoor landscaping have all been redesigned to optimize product layout and enhance the store’s appeal.
These upgrades align the customer experience with the network’s standards while highlighting the site’s local characteristics.
From an IT perspective, ADVANTECH-AURES supports EUREA with the help of its certified partner IRIS IT, which handles on-site deployment and maintenance. Since 2018, 200 YUNO point-of-sale terminals have already been deployed across the group’s various brands. These devices were selected following a competitive process based on key criteria: ergonomics, design, and seamless integration with software solutions.
A New Challenge
The Saint-Michel-sur-Orge store represented a major challenge. With 13 POS terminals installed, it stands as one of the largest sites in the network, on par with the Brignais location. The main objective was to ensure optimal performance from day one.
“The challenge of this project was to deploy a YUNO II environment, as we had never used this hardware before,” explains Yves VASSEUR, IT Project Manager at the EUREA Group.
“A testing phase was conducted beforehand in our Gamm vert store in Feurs. The YUNO II, combined with the Cegid-Cylande POS solution, proved perfectly suited to retail requirements.”
